Cancellation Policy

Mbeauty is committed to quality products and services at a competitive price. Please note our expenses have increased as has everybody's. We have decided to carry these costs at this time.
However we cannot carry the costs of No shows, late cancelling and running late for appointments.
With every professional business there is a serious side... Thank you for taking the time to read, understand and appreciate how we bring the best customer service to you. Please help us maintain this quality service by providing us with the following small courtesies.

  • We require a 50% credit card payment to secure appointments for any treatments over 1 hour. This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid at time of booking your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Deposits will be lost for cancellations or rescheduling requests occurring within 24 hours of the scheduled time. This also applies to “No Shows”.
  • Group bookings (i.e. 2 or more people): Group bookings require a 50% credit card deposit to secure appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and must be paid at time of booking appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours notice. Deposits will be lost if a cancellation occurs within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment. This also applies to “No Shows”.
  • Gift vouchers are strictly valid 6 months from date of purchase. Gift vouchers will forfeit 100% of their value for cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment time. This also applies to “No Shows”.
